Our Story
We are Camp Kids! Growing up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, we spent our summers at camp on a remote island in the San Juan Islands. Those summers were filled with adventure, friendship, and a deep appreciation for the land and native culture of its original inhabitants. It was there that we learned what it truly means to be a “camp kid”, a spirit of exploration, camaraderie, and endless possibility which inspired our life-long love of outdoor adventure.
Our Adventures
Since our summers at camp, our love for the outdoors has taken us far beyond the shores of the Salish Sea. From backpacking through the Cascade and Olympic Mountains to exploring the rugged Sawtooths of Idaho—and even venturing abroad to Iceland and New Zealand—we’ve carried the spirit of camp wherever adventure calls. Our team brings years of experience in backcountry travel, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, and climbing, paired with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and quality gear. Whether venturing on expeditions, serving in the military, or working in the outdoor industry, we’ve lived the lifestyle that Camp Kid was built to inspire.
